JESUS LOVES YOU/GOD LOVES YOU/JESUS LOVES YOU/GOD LOVES YOU

This is the third message I have received for this week’s blog. This message came to me this morning and I believe God really wanted me to get this out today. So whoever needs to hear this today:

Let this actually sink into your heart.

God wants you to know he loves you. When the Holy Spirit told me to type “Jesus loves you” in that order, I thought let me write one and copy and paste it but then He said, “No you need to write it one by one and let it sink into your heart too”. So I hope you also read it one by one. Last night I told my friend “I feel empty tonight and I don’t know why. I feel like I’m missing something”. She suggested I drank actimel (some yoghurt thing) and I agreed and when I drank it, to be honest, I felt “yeah maybe this is what I needed”. I woke up and I felt yeah I’m still missing something so when I was praying this morning I said God I feel like I am missing something then I heard “Your Father is the King, you shouldn’t feel empty”. Somehow by being in the presence of God and hearing that I felt filled.

I remember watching Nollywood with my family and the kings are normally not close to their children. Then I thought “My father is the King. Not only do I have everything I need but I also have a relationship with him”. If that isn’t awesome, then I don’t know what is. Even though he is running the whole world, he still has time for you every second of your life and he still loves you for who you are. God loves you. God loves you. God loves you. Even when you are imperfect, in his eyes you are perfect and you are the most beautiful thing that he has ever laid eyes on. God loves you and he wants you to come to him. Romans 5:8 says “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us”. When you were a sinner he loved you so what makes you think now that you have given your life to him it will be any less? God loves you. He has loved you and he will always love you. This is the only love that will never disappoint you. God loves you.

Verse of the week: “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”

Prayer: God we thank you for your love. God, we glorify your name. Whenever we feel alone, remind us that your love is still available. We bless your name in Jesus name, amen.
