HANNAH MONTANA

Happy New Month. We thank God for His grace and His mercies upon our lives. This month will be filled with happiness and blessings. May anyone that’s sick receive healing in Jesus name. You will have a testimony this month in Jesus name. So today’s blog is about a famous show that most of us loved. HANNAH MONTANA.

I remember when Hannah Montana came out, I was young and I loved it. If you never watched Hannah Montana let me summarise it for you. So there was this girl called Miley and she lived a double life. One day she’s Miley, then the next she’s a famous pop star. Just the close people around her knew she was both but to the world she was either Hannah Montana the celebrity and to some people just a high school girl Miley. When you watch the show you can see that sometimes all of this seems long for her because playing two different people was kinda stressful.

Some of us are living like Hannah Montana…double lives. Today we are all for God, then tomorrow we are definitely doing something else. These kind of people are described as lukewarm christians. They are not hot, and they are not cold either. Just pure vibes. We don’t know if we are for God or the world. The Bible says we can’t serve two masters (Matthew 6:24). We may think it’s fine to live such lives but we don’t realise that in Revelation 3:16 it says “So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.” Imagine God comes and He says no to you only because you should have chosen which master to serve. No one will tie and force you to serve God. Serving God is a personal choice but if you want to serve the devil, no one will stop you too. You can choose who you want to serve freely. However, it becomes a problem if you are trying to serve the devil and God at the same time. Are you not tired mixing two things in one? Are you not stressed? Do not be like Hannah Montana…showing people different sides of you. Instead choose which person you want to be. Don’t be a lukewarm christian. To see the full effect of God in your life, He expects you to give your all. Think about who you really want be. May God bless you.

Prayer: Our Heavenly Father we thank you today. We thank you for your grace and love. Today God please bring us over to your side. We want to serve You and only You. May you lead us and direct our steps in the name of Jesus.
